After having to change his appearance due to school rules, J.R. is afraid he won't be the same person if he looks different. An interesting talk with his mom, however, shows him that who he is isn't determined by what he looks like but rather what lies inside. As a result, J.R. embraces change and even figures out a way to help other kids in the process.
